Care: Remove outer layer cover to launder. Machine wash cold separately, tumble dry low. Do not launder filled pillow insert. Heat therapy: fold neck wrap in half and place in microwave, heat in 30-second increments until desired warmth is achieved. Always test temperature of wrap before applying to skin. Cold therapy: store in freezer until ready to use.
