Your customer experience at Home & Garden Vermont matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you may return an item (with the exception of final sale items) to us within 15 business days of your delivery date for a full refund.

Damaged items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us an email that includes a photo of the damaged item, so that we can send a replacement if the item is still in stock or refund your money.  We will work with you to resolve the problem.

Standard returns:  Our return policy covers up to 15 days after your item has been delivered.  If you decide the item is not for you email us at janaqualey@gmail.com and we will get back to you with instructions on how to ship your product back to us.  Keep in mind that your package must be postmarked 15 days after it was delivered to your shipping address.  Once we receive your item we will be able to issue you a full refund to your original payment method.  You will be responsible for any shipping fees when returning items that are not damaged or defective.
