Shipping policy
Because we are a small, family run, local shop our shipping costs are standard for all purchases and we do not offer free shipping. Orders typically take 1-3 days to process in our little shop, depending on how busy the season is. We do our very best to get every order out as quickly as we can. Each order is packed with care.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or packages delayed by the shipping carrier. Once a shipment leaves the shop, we provide tracking and insurance on the shipments. Once a shipment has been delivered and confirmed by the shipping company, it is out of our hands.
Please choose a secure address for delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages or mistakes in addresses inputted by customers. If your package has been returned to sender or is deemed undeliverable - it is your responsibility to pay for the new postage to resend your order. Also, if your package is being sent as a gift, please be careful when entering shipping addresses - again, we are not responsible for wrong addresses inputted by our customers.
